👋🏾🤎 Hey love! I'm Jazzy Zena, a professional cosmetologist located in Arlington, Texas, right off of I-20 and Cooper near The Parks Mall. My number one priority is caring for healthy hair. You can be sure that your hair will receive the best care at every salon visit, leaving it healthy and luxurious. I also make sure to guide you on how to maintain your hair outside of the salon. Precision cuts, color, extensions, and healthy hair maintenance are my specialties. 🛣️ With easy access from I-20, my studio is a convenient stop for clients from Arlington, Dallas, Red Oak, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, and surrounding areas. ⚠️🚨🏡 A FEW HOUSE RULES 🏡🚨⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ ✨ All appointments MUST be made via the Gloss Genius booking site. 💎 A card is required to book but will not be charged until the day of the appointment (except for deposits). Card information is not saved. ✨ Standing appointments will be canceled if 2 or more consecutive appointments are canceled or rescheduled. 💎 Cancellations/Reschedules must be made on the app 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges. (Go to reminder text. Click the link. Cancel. Reschedule by selecting a new date.) ✨ Please read the "cancellation policy" in detail PRIOR to booking. 💎 Appointments outside listed working hours (including waitlisted appointments) will incur a $50 fee. ✨ I do not keep hair on hand, but I will purchase hair/items the Monday prior to your appointment for a $10 fee. Please send a text if you need assistance with hair. The cost of items will be added to your bill and due at checkout. 💎 Please feel free to park within the parking lot in front or behind the building. Doors to the building lock/unlock automatically at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please call or text to let me know when you have arrived. ✨ To respect our time, please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be forfeited, and you will be rescheduled. 💎 No call, no shows will be blocked from booking—NO EXCEPTIONS. ✨ Only those being serviced are allowed in the salon. No extra guests, please. 💎 No children unless they are being serviced. ✨ In the event I am still with a client, please wait in the lobby and help yourself to refreshments in the vending machine while you wait. ✨ Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you're not happy, let me know during your appointment BEFORE leaving. 💎 For comfort and safety, please notify me of any allergies, physical issues, disabilities, or pregnancy before your appointment. Cancellation Policy
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, simply notify me at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellations/reschedules outside of the 24 hour time frame will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
